Our Pastors

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Pastor Eli came from a big family of musicians and singers. He grew up loving family, community, and New England. He strongly believes that God planted him in this region for a reason. He has always been an innovative thinker with business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit. He’s tried everything from singing in a band with his friends–with many of its original members now calling Restoration City their home; to starting his own business, and ultimately answering the call of God to go into ministry in 2009 alongside his high school sweetheart and bride, Pastor Candy. Their beautiful union can be witnessed in the fabric of the church and every area of ministry. From Pastor Eli’s powerful presence at the pulpit, to all the behind-the-scenes touches that can be credited to Pastor Candy, the very “DNA” of Restoration City embodies humility, servant leadership, an “anything-is-possible” outlook, and a passion about the power of prayer and building community. As the ministry continues to grow and positively impact this region, so does their family. They were blessed to welcome Miles Simpson to the fold, when their daughter Alyssa got married in 2022. Together with their children, Alyssa and Miles Simpson, and Isaiah, the [Serranos] are fully vested in ministering to and serving the community and this region they so dearly love, back to Christ.
