Pastors Eli and Candy Serrano are deeply rooted in Western Massachusetts, where Eli was born and raised in a large family of musicians and singers. From an early age, Eli cultivated a deep love for family, community, and the
New England region—a place he firmly believes God has called him to serve. With a natural talent for innovation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Eli has pursued various ventures, including performing in a band with childhood friends (many of whom now play key roles at Restoration City) and starting his own business. However, in 2009, Eli answered God’s call to ministry, embarking on this transformative journey alongside his high school sweetheart and wife, Pastor Candy.
Their partnership exemplifies the strength and beauty of unity in Christ, a quality that resonates throughout the church and its ministries. While Pastor Eli’s dynamic and engaging presence inspires from the pulpit, Pastor
Candy’s meticulous organization and behind-the-scenes leadership form the backbone of Restoration City. Together, they have fostered a church culture marked by humility, servant-hearted leadership, relentless optimism, fervent prayer, and a deep commitment to building a thriving, Christ-centered community.
As their ministry has grown, so has their family. Their daughter, Alyssa, is married to Miles Simpson, and this year, they joyfully welcomed Sophia Serrano into the family through her marriage to their son, Isaiah. Now, as their children have grown and begun building families of their own, the Serranos continue to treasure the legacy God is building both within their home and through Restoration City. Together, Eli, Candy, Alyssa, Miles, Isaiah, and Sophia remain deeply connected to the community they love and committed to seeing generations encounter the transformative love of Christ.
As you consider investing your heart, time, family, and finances into the life of a church, it is important for you to feel confident in church leadership. Our goal in sharing the details of Restoration City’s leadership team is that you will understand that our church is structured to support the values of integrity, accountability, and spiritual authority.
